Behind CAST & ELECT is Simon Lewis, previously Global Senior Creative Casting Director of 

ASOS for 6 years.

Simon began his career as a New Face Booker with world-renowned ‘Select Model Management’,

progressing to Head Scout for the Women’s Division.

Having originally graduated with BA Honours studying Fashion Promotion at the London College of Fashion, his natural talent was recognised and nurtured by two of the industry’s formidable talent scouts, Chrissie Castagnetti and Sarah Leon.

Early experience in casting included assisting Marilena Borgna at L’Uomo Vogue, 

working on shows for Aquascutum and Alberta Ferretti in London and Milan respectively. 

He has also cast on behalf of Jennifer Venditi founder of JV8 for the CK One fragrance in London.
